[LMB] LIST BIZ, was PIZZA for OT: Racial disparities in policing

How many people on the list need to be 'disinterested in' (read as:
vigorously opposed to) a topic before it becomes verboten? If the
administrators wished posters to be able to veto a topic, why did they go
out of their way to ensure that "pizza calls" were NOT supposed to permit
it, and why did they fail to provide a means to do so?

If you don't want to read messages you're not interested in, why don't
*you* leave? If you actually want the topic to be dropped, why aren't you
dropping it?
