Some of them I haven't read, but the ones I am familiar with all deserved
inclusion.

I kind of wish that the Floyt/Fitzhugh series by Brian Daley had made the
cut, though.  They're set in an interesting universe, and are just plain
old fun.  Miles Vorkosigan would probably find Hobart Floyt and Alacrity
Fitzhugh very compatible, and they would fit right into one of his
escapades.
