I use unsweetened cocoa powder with stevia or monk fruit. Cocoa is a 
great vegan (if you lean that way)source of minerals. Also it’s a good
source of anandamide.  (Ananda is the Scanscrit word of joy, bliss etcetera.)

Of course our planet has its mood swings – it is, after all, bipolar.
