In the UK Irish or Commonwealth citizens who are legally resident can vote
in all elections. No UK citizenship required. Whether or not those people
can vote in their countries of origin depends on the country. In my case,
New Zealand, I can vote if I have physically set foot in NZ during the 3
years prior to the election.

For dual citizenships... can you *vote* in both countries? Or does
registering to vote in one preclude voting in another?
