You?re right, the views are wonderful! What are the trees along the river?
I like the attractive way you?ve created a clear space around your house!

Gwynne: The trees are eucalypts. They're not deciduous, which means the
darn things drop leaves ALL THE TIME.

And... full disclosure... if you're talking about that pebbled area in the 'clear
space' comment... yeah, necessity is the mother of pebbled areas, basically.
If you look closely you'll see the top of a tank. I have a double-tank system
that takes all my household waste water, treats it, and waters the garden. Full
recycling!
