[LMB] Pandemic weirdness: why on earth are the Hugos being announced in December?

It's almost a given that the Chinese Government will censor stuff. After
all Winnie the Pooh bear has been censored so I'm certain some authors and
their works will be Persona non grata. It will be interesting to sit back
and watch the fireworks.
