There's also the Darren Aronofsky movie Pi
<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pi_(film)>. (Well, the name is the greek
letter pi, which I can't conveniently type.)

In it, a Jewish mathematical genius comes across a 216-digit number that
has very peculiar properties, and becomes the target of investment bankers
and Orthodox Jews, both of whom believe the number is of incredible
significance: the bankers think it can predict stock market fluctuations,
and the Jews believe it's the true name of God.
