[LMB] OT: Vegans, was Religion question

I think this is one topic where we all have to agree to disagree..

I do not agree with Gwynne either, the vegans I know simply do not behave like this, and I do not think you can blame all vegans
for the behavior of the ones closest to you. They do sound awful - like the kind who could have chosen any cause as long as it gives you the chance to
make mayhem - but not everybody is like that.

I would agree the problem with farm animals, in the long run they might simply die out because no one would want them, but there is no short term problem as
far as I can see. The immediate problem is of course the incredibly cruel way meat is most often 'produced'.

This is a topic that seems to fire people up - don't let it.
