Not in detail, though _Paladin of Souls_ mentions him favourably in that
regard IIRC.

Ottawa doctor Norman Barwin was a noted fertility specialist, inducted
into the Order of Canada for his work. This was because he had a
"profound impact on both the biological and psycho-social aspects of
women's reproductive health."  It's now known that a number of the
children conceived in his clinic could not *possibly* have been the
offspring of the intended sperm donors.  It is alleged that he used
his own sperm for at least some of those pregnancies: lawyers in a
class-action lawsuit say that 11 children have been matched with him by
DNA testing.  He later resigned from the Order of Canada, but I can't
imagine that he would have been allowed to keep that in any case because
of his "profound impact".
