In all seriousness, it depends on the piece.
Other than learning the word "tintinnabulation," I found The Bells to be
annoying. Anabel Lee was worse. The Raven is redeemed by Vincent Price's
reading of it, tbh.

I view Poe as a better short story writer than poet.

And you ARE missing out if you've never heard Tom Smith's TellyTaley Heart,
otherwise known as "Billy Ray does Edgar A."
