It’s also a point in Komarr where Cordelia and her aunt are discussing the
Advantages of modern vs. the romantic olden daze. IIRC Liz talks disparagingly
about her sheep infected village, and being bad at weaving.

It’s a meme, I think and should be a TVTROPE..
