Note that Otto von Bismarck died decades before the formation of either 
the Fascist or the Nazi party.

If he had still be alive when WW1 started, he might have gotten Moltke 
jr to give a different answer to the question of turning his army away 
from Belgium and toward Russia, and the whole history of the 20th 
century might turn out to be vastly different.
