I'm sorry, but I'm not sure I understand you correctly.

Are you saying that making meat cells requires pharma-grade
equipment, and is much more complex than making vaccines,
which to my knowledge requires pharma-grade equipment?

Or are you saying something else, and I've misunderstood you?
