That's good news. But I think that Fire Rose isn't official belonging to the
Elemental Masters Series because it's from a different publisher than the
others (Baen instead of DAW).

I see from Amazon.com that The Wizard of London: Elemental Masters 4 is
scheduled for October 2005 DAW hc (and Phoenix and Ashes DAW pb too).

This counting scheme would make Fire Rose: Elemental Masters 0
