[Mercedes-Lackey] This Sceptered Isle

Does anyone know if there is a sequel to This Sceptered Isle? I get the 
feeling there will be as the character list at the beginning mentions that 
it is book one. If so, is is out yet?
I was also trying to figure out if any of the characters from this book 
overlap with any of the Serrated Edge series, but I couldn't remember for 
certain.

Have any Tanya Huff fans compared this Henry Fitzroy to the one in her 
series?
