[Mercedes-Lackey] Stoned Souls?

I know that this is supposed to be held up somewhere, but I've been getting
conflicting information on it.  ML's website says "not currently scheduled",
its not on the Baen website and Simon and Schuster doesn't list it at all.
However, both Amazon and Global Books in Print list it for publication by
Baen in February 2006, and give an ISBN of 0743436148.

Does anyone know what the story actually is?  I'm guessing that since the
publisher's website doesn't have it, the Amazon and Global information is
out of date or something, but I want to_know_, damnit!
