[Mercedes-Lackey] Tarma and Kethry stories

Something I wonder about is the chronology of the Tarma+Kethry stories. In 
Oathblood they are at one point on their way to the Plains, the next they 
have the Warsteeds, then in the next story after that, it's back to the trip 
to the plains. Has anyone put together a reading order for chronological 
order?
