For some reason I never read those books...., it seem to me to scary...... which is not my favor topic needless to say...... I think, it is time to pick them up and read.......

My very first book in scie-fie was Misty's "Arrows of the Queen" and to this day never got replaced.....

Talia and Roland hold very special place in my heart, as much as I liked Vanel and Savil and Skif and Camry...., they could not misplace Talia and Roland.....

Misty's "Arrows of the Queen" introduced me to the scie-fie field and MZB that I also like very much as well Anne McCaffrey and others......

Children of the Night was the first I read -- picked up for something
like 50c in a second-hand shop in Vancouver, on my honeymoon -- and may,
in fact, have been the first Lackey I read. As such it still has a place
in my heart, though I think I actually prefer Burning Water as a
story... -- cheers, Mel
