[Mercedes-Lackey] favoriet book so far in the valdemar series?

I've really enjoyed the two Alberich ones that just came out.  Maybe it's the fact that as I get older, I'm more interested in some of the issues that Alberich faces (like his divided loyalties, or some of the court politics).
