Dawn,
It got through! I was too busy doing happy dances and speculating with my fellow Lackey-fan-friends to reply to the list to say, "woo hoo!"
It seems smart to bank on the Valdemar stuff being a good read!

I tried sending this yesterday, and apparently I'm having some e-mail
hiccups......
I'm literally "buying blind" as I've found absolutely nothing on either
Foundation: Book One of the Collegium Chronicles (A Valdemar Novel) due
Oct 7, 2008 or Moving Targets and Other Stories of Valdemar due Dec 8,
2008.
But, I put my money down on the assumption that they will live up to
previous Valdemar offerings......

It had occurred to Nanny Ogg that a husband who was a man all night and
a frog all day might be almost acceptable; you wouldn't get the wage
packet, but there'd be less wear and tear on the furniture. She also
couldn't put out of her mind certain private speculations about the
length of his tongue.
Terry Pratchett, 'Witches Abroad'
