[Mercedes-Lackey] Yes! Finally a new Valdemar novel

I looked, too, after you posted about the book and found nothing other than the name.  I remember a while ago ML was supposed to be doing a Harry Potter-like story arc following a Trainee through the years of the Collegium (and possibly the Trainee year and a half, to bring it to seven books).  My guess would that it would take place outside of the Sendar/Selanay years, because I think the idea might be to get new, younger readers.  But I've heard nothing.  And I'm sure you're right that they will be just as good as the other Valdemar books!
