[Mercedes-Lackey] Yes! Finally a new Valdemar novel

I think there is also supposed to be a new anthology coming out soon as well. I know I saw on Tanya Huff's LiveJournal an entry that said that she was doing a story for the next anthology. Has anyone heard anything about this one?
