My hands are fairly small, and I love my DeWalt cordless drill, so you 
might check out the fit of DeWalt--and then faint at the price.  They 
are professional carpenter tools and fairly expensive.  I lucked out 
about five years ago and caught a sale and got my cordless drill for 
about $200, and utterly adore it.
