[LMB] AKICOTL: fitness question

I started a new fitness program yesterday. I'd like to go back to the gym today and do it again, but I have slightly sore hip muscles.

Now, the pain isn't a problem. But I wondered what was generally thought to be the best procedure - ignore stiff muscles and carry one, or give myself a day off for recovery? (I'd rather not!)

Advice welcomed.
