[LMB] Penric ebooks

ITunes for Windows does not let you read books purchased from Apple. If they are copy protected you would need to use software to remove the DRM copy protection before you could use a book reader program such as Calibre on your Windows computer. If you have purchased epub formatted books from someplace that sells them DRM free such as Baen books you can easily read them on a computer.

> EB: Piggybacking on this question from another Luddite who's in the same boat as Carol - is there any way to purchase and read the Penric stories on your laptop without buying from Amazon? If that's the only way, I'll do it, but I don't approve of Amazon's business practices and labour policies and when I can buy my books from elsewhere I prefer to.
> LMB: At this time, your other two choices are iTunes and Nook. I haven't used either myself, but I'm pretty sure Nook and fairly sure iTunes would have free reading apps like Kindle's to download to any device. (Nook or iTunes readers may chime in with useful details.) Nook may have regional limitations; iTunes I believe is worldwide.
