Did you know that a regular bear can be changed into a polar bear by
a simple coordinate transformation? Or even into a bipolar bear by
another?

But seriously now folks:

I know people who had trouble with Washington DC. (As contrast to Washington AC)
because the borders are rotated pi/2 with respect to the streets.
