Alas, no; that's too small to support a bathroom door.  Closed size:
60 x 34 x 25mm/ 2.4" x 1.3" x 1".  Allowing for the size of the knuckle
and pin, that's only going to have a leaf (i.e. the parts that are
screwed to the door and wall) size of about  60 x 25mm/ 2.4" x 1".
Interior door hinges are usually about 50% larger than that.
