Klaus can take a joke, even enjoys a good satire at his own expense.  But
when some normal person makes a joke about him -- say, in a stage performance --
the general reaction is to hunker down then sidle away before something
like lightning hits.

genre-savvy, and a few people in the Who-niverse seem to be getting
