[LMB] Betan population control

I read that.  Struck me as a nightmare version of Disneyland.

At my first-ever Worldcon, in Anaheim, CA, I was talking with locals who
had worked for the Mouse.  They told me that behind the scenes it was not
exactly fun, fun, fun.  More like North Korea in weird costumes.
