Of course, there are other ways to kill people, even when you are just a voice in someone’s head.
Micki: I think we can infer from Tigney's experience that a demon can "accidentally"
kill through recklessness, hard drinking, etc. Getting a rider murdered via jealous
husband/wife. Are demons so bound up by their own misery that they can't think
ahead that far? I don't think so, but . . . .
