A friend--a woman of color--was wondering out loud about the weird racism
in the liberal PNW, where they don't think they're racist at all.
I said, "A fish doesn't think about water."
Her eyes lit up.
She uses that phrase now.

I told her right off where I got it, but she doesn't like SF. :)
