Except that the new rules seem to say, “Shelter in place.” and according to, at least some news readers, that means don’t go out at all and have everything delivered.
Christian, husband, father, granddaddy, son, American. Here I stand. I can do no other. God help me.

The point is not to stay inside, the point is to stay away (at least six feet) from anyone outside your household. You can mow your lawn, as long as there isn't a party going on in your yard. People are allowed to walk their dogs outside, as long as they maintain social distancing.

You are allowed to go grocery shopping -- as long as you yourself are not sick. The problem with that is all the asymptomatic people who are carrying the virus -- which is why we're about to be advised to wear cloth masks when we go out, reports say.
